I have been a client at Five Star Bootcamp for a few months now and I have been happy since my first session. I found the first workout challenging, energetic and most of all, fun! The classes are never the same twice. The trainers explain the "why" of your workouts. I really like that. You will be worked to your potential you didn't realize you had. I have NEVER enjoyed working out. That is until I started working out with Five Star. They keep things interesting and is so motivating. I actually look forward to our sessions. I can't believe I am writing those words but it is true. The trainers are very patient and always upbeat. Who knew working out could be fun!
I highly recommend Five Star Personal Training. Ryan has been my personal trainer for about 6 months, and I have lost weight, gained muscle, and have learned a lot about nutrition. He is extremely knowledgeable about how to lose weight but not feel restricted on what you eat. Ryan also always gives me tips on how to train the proper way so that I do not get injured. He plans out his training sessions well in advance which keeps training fun and challenging.
